HackPune is Terns' flagship 24-hour AI hackathon in Pune, India. Participants work on real challenges from leading companies and pitch working prototypes to judges.

Terns is a global hackathon ecosystem — a platform and community for builders, founders, hackers, and creators worldwide. HackPune is our flagship event in Pune, India.
Do I need to be a developer?+
No. We need engineers, designers, product managers, and strategic thinkers. Every team benefits from diverse skill sets.
Is it free to participate?+
Participation details including any fees will be announced with applications. Stay tuned for updates.
Can I apply as a team?+
Yes. You can apply solo or with a team of up to 4–6 people. We also help with team matching based on skills.
What happens after the hackathon?+
Winners receive prizes and recognition from challenge partners. Some partners actively hire. The Terns community stays active year-round globally.
Where will the event take place?+
HackPune is in Pune, India. The exact venue is TBA and will be announced with the event details.
What's covered?+
Food, drinks, workspace, and mentorship are included. Travel is not covered unless announced otherwise.
Who are the challenge partners?+
We're in conversations with multiple companies. All confirmed partners will be announced via our updates page and Discord.
