SPEAKERS & MENTORS
Opening keynote
30-minute keynote from a European challenge partner (TBA). Visual-first slides, peer-to-peer tone. Day 1, ~10:00 slot (provisional).
Challenge mentors
1 mentor per challenge partner on-site Day 1 (09:00–22:00). IT, ML, AI, data science profiles. Maximum time with teams, overnight stay not required.
Challenge judges
1 judge per challenge for Day 2 pitches (07:30–13:30). Top 2 teams per challenge pitch on main stage. 4-min pitch + 3-min Q&A. One winner per challenge.
Optional mid-hack session
AI tools / workflow automation workshop (~10:00 Day 1, TBA). Speakers and mentors confirmed via updates page.

Technical Unblocking
Mentors sit with teams during the hackathon to help unblock technical challenges. No lectures - just practical help.
